LogiCom Project Management was founded in January of 1997 for the purpose of assisting organizations, corporations, and associations in the production and managment of events of any size. The name "LogiCom" is derived from the two words "Logistics" and "Communications." These specialties are our focus.

LogiCom manages the contracts and logistics for all levels of entertainment and VIPs; site selection; travel, hotel and venue management. In the normal course of business, LogiCom's full-service approach to project coordination includes providing the following expertise:
Liaison with client's designated contact person(s)
Conceptualize the theme for the event (the appearance, design elements, and entertainment concepts)
Assistance in site surveys and selection and hotel negotiations
Liaison/communicate with artists/entertainers/VIP's and their representatives
Create and maintain timeline
Liaison with vendors/staff
Liason with media as necessary
Coordinate logistics of additional accommodations, travel needs
Coordinate all technical elements of the event's production, including sound, lights and video production.
Monitor the logistics of meeting the established timeline
Coordinate load-in, set-up of equipment
Liaison with VIP's, entertainers, etc.
Facilitate movement of principals
Coordinate and/or work with security personnel
Direct and produce the program
Coordinate load-out of equipment
Follow-up with all pertinent contacts including client, entertainment, and media
